A few helpful answers before your adventure begins.
When will I get my files?
Straight away. Once your order is confirmed, your download link appears on the order page and arrives by email.
I can't find my download link.
First check your spam or promotions folder for an email from Petadoodle. If you have an account, sign in and open your order to find the link there. Still nothing? Send us a message through our Contact page with your order number.
How do I print the pages?
Use A4 paper and choose "Fit to printable area" (sometimes called "Fit to page") in your print settings. Plain printer paper is fine for crayons and pencils. For markers, 120 gsm paper stops the colour coming through. The storybook pages are square, so they print with a white border on A4.
Can I print pages for brothers and sisters?
Yes. Print any page as often as you like for your own family. Everyone can have their own Blue.
Can I use it in my classroom or nursery?
Our books come with a personal and family licence, so please don't print or share them for a class. If you'd like to use Petadoodle with a group, ask us through our Contact page.
What if a file doesn't open or looks wrong?
Tell us through our Contact page. Include your order number, the file name and what you're seeing. Refunds are handled under the store's refund policy.
Which devices can I use?
The PDFs open on phones, tablets and computers, using the PDF reader most devices already have. The online studio runs in your web browser, so there's nothing to install.
Does the colouring studio work on a phone?
Yes, it works in your phone's browser. If you have a tablet or laptop handy, it gives small fingers more room.
Are the free pages really free?
Yes. Three pages are free to colour online, with no sign-up and no payment details. More pages are coming soon.
Are there ads? Do you ask for my child's details?
There are no ads in the books or in the online studio. You don't need an account to colour the free pages, and the studio doesn't ask for your child's name. Colouring in progress is saved in your own browser. The store's privacy policy explains how information from orders is handled.
When is the printed book coming?
We're working on it, but we don't have a date yet. Join our newsletter and we'll tell you when it's ready.
